1. Agreement Overview

By subscribing to our 3-month SEO service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of the SEO services provided by MakeOlix Consulting Inc., EIN (30-133987) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Services Provided

During the 3-month subscription period, we will provide the following SEO services:

• Keyword research and analysis
• On-page optimization (including meta tags, content, and HTML improvements)
• Off-page optimization (including backlink strategies)
• Technical SEO audits and fixes
• Monthly performance reports
• Regular consultation and updates
  
  

3. Subscription Period

The subscription begins on the date of purchase and continues for three consecutive months. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically expire unless renewed.

4. Payment Terms

• The total cost for the 3-month SEO service is $2997.
• Payment will be made month on month during the subscription period.
• We accept payments via [ Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, ACH Transfer, Bank Debit].

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the SEO campaign, the client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary access to their website, including admin credentials, if required.
• Supply any relevant content or materials needed for optimization.
• Cooperate with our team by responding promptly to requests for information or approvals.
• Refrain from making changes to the website or content that could negatively impact the SEO work being performed.
  
  

6. Reporting and Communication

• We will provide monthly performance reports detailing the progress of the SEO campaign.
• Regular updates and communication will be conducted via email or scheduled calls.
  
  

7. Results Disclaimer

SEO results depend on several factors, including competition, industry, and search engine algorithm updates. While we will employ best practices to improve your website’s search engine ranking, we do not guarantee specific outcomes within the 3-month period.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat all information provided by the client as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent.

9. Termination

• The services cannot be terminated until the completion of the  initial 3 months. After the completion of 3 months, the Customer may terminate our Services by sending us an email with the subject line “notice of termination” to: support@makeolix.com.
• We reserve the right to terminate the subscription if the client fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the 3-month subscription. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of  Delaware.Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
